Delivery Policy

There are two packages we offer which are Signals and Forex Classes.

Signals: Right after the proof of payment is received, we will start sending educational signals to the client, if all relevant instructions sent to the client are met. Please be advised signals are only issued when a trading setup is available and trading setups can take numerous days to form. In between days where there are no trading setups no signals will be issued. It is very important to understand that it could take a few days to receive signals after your proof of payment has been received because it could be that your purchase was made in a duration where trading setups were not available. The signal service has been suspended as we are working to acquire the FSP number from the FSCA regulatory body. In South Africa selling signals requires a license from the FSCA as it's considered financial advice.

Forex Classes: Right after your proof of payment is received you will be contacted via email to arrange your 1st class. Setting up your 1st forex class time, and date is between you and your mentor. It's important you send proof of payment via email after the payment is complete so you can be contacted by your mentor. Our education is for training on your practise account.

Classes are to be completed within 2 months from purchase date. Students must ensure they schedule all their sessions within the 2 months. Failure to complete classes within the given timeline will automatically forfeit the balance of their sessions. Should the student wish to redeem the forfeited sessions a penalty fee will be charged.

This applies to the following packages: Just Teach Me and the Online Course.

Classes are to be completed within 4 months from purchase date. Students must ensure they schedule all their sessions within the 4 months. Failure to complete classes within the given timeline will automatically forfeit the balance of their sessions. Should the student wish to redeem the forfeited sessions a penalty fee will be charged.

This applies to the following packages: Advance Trader Online and Trade Assist.

Refund & Cancelation Policy

We deal with intellectual property which means once the service has been shared the act cannot be undone. We do not offer any refunds for our services. Please be warned and aware, that we do not offer any refunds for our services. The nature of the business we are offering education on is extremely risky we do not encourage a purchase of any of our services to individuals in Debt Review.

Any information shared on our website is strictly used between Traders Trade Academy and for the client's benefit. We do not share any information with a 3rd party for marketing.

Risk Warning

Trading Forex is highly risky, and you can suffer a great loss of your invested capital. It’s very important to learn and understand the risks involved in trading before attempting to invest your funds. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Retail traders need to be educated well enough before attempting to trade. It is your responsibility as a client to ensure the use of our service in your country is permitted. Risk management is one of the tools you can use to minimize risk to your account. For full risk disclosure please refer to your Broker. It is the client’s responsibility to backtest any information shared, before attempting to risk with funds. In any of our services, we do not guarantee any profit as we are an educational service only. Our education is recommended training only. If you do not understand the services we offer to you as a client, please do not make any purchases from us, you are welcome to enquire more so we can clarify any questions you might have, as we do not offer any refunds for the purchases made.
