Delivery Policy 

 

We offer two packages: Forex Classes and Trading Journal subscription

 

Classes: After receiving proof of payment, you will be contacted via email to schedule your first class. The timing and date of your first forex class will be arranged between you and your instructor. Please ensure you send proof of payment via email to facilitate the process and for your instructor to be able to contact you. Our education focuses on practicing with your demo account. Classes must be completed within 2 months of purchase for the Just Teach Me and Online Course. Students must schedule all sessions within this timeframe; otherwise, any unused sessions will be forfeited If you wish to redeem forfeited sessions, a penalty fee will apply. Classes for the Advanced Trader Online and Trade Assist packages must be completed within 4 months of purchase, with the same scheduling and forfeiture rules.

Trading Journal Subscription: Once we receive proof of payment, we will send educational updates about the trades we have taken and the reasons behind the executions to the client, provided all relevant instructions are followed. Please note that updates are issued only when a setup is available, which may take several days to form. If there are no trading setups, updates will not be sent. It’s important to understand that you may not receive updates immediately after payment, particularly if your purchase coincides with a period of no available setups.

 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of services involving intellectual property, we do not offer refunds once the service has been shared. Please be aware that our educational services involve significant risk, and we do not recommend our services to individuals in Debt Review or to clients in financial stress.

 

Privacy Policy

All information shared on our website is strictly for the benefit of  Traders Trade Academy and the client, and we do not share any details with third parties for marketing purposes.
